Chalets, studios and the lodge are non-smoking.

Check-in 3.30pm / Check-out 10.00pm. Late check-outs may be possible - please discuss your plans with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment and cancellation policy

Te Moenga Lodge accepts reservations made with Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.



If, for some reason, you must cancel your reservation, we will do our best to re-book your room and to provide a refund.

A cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival attracts a fee of 50% of the cost of your reservation.

A cancellation made within 7 days of arrival attracts the full cost of the reservation.

We strongly encourage you to arrange adequate travel insurance.
